K-Dental now has a an online Web Store! Please, come in and take a look around ! To browse you do not need an account, but to place an order you do, it's simple to obtain one, either e-mail Sales@K-Dental.ca or call our Customer Service department at 1-800-455-3368 and we will be happy to set yours up. We use the e-mail address which is associated with your practice as the account ID and we generate a password for you, that's it ! Please note your e-mail address is secure and will never be sold or distrubted in any way. We hate spam as much as everyone else does and we will not add to it!!! Also we will only e-mail you when info is requested, such as statements and copies of invoices.
At the store you will able, to not only order sundries, parts and equipment, but also manage your account, which allows you to request a copy of your account statement, an invoice, view your balance, view your orders (even if the order was called in by phone), order status and more.
All our products have not been added to the store yet, but we are working hard on it. If you can't find what your looking for please call our customer service department. To help find what you are looking for, an excellent tool is the 'SEARCH' at the top of the store's window.
The 'SEARCH' tool will go though our total database, checking K-Dental part numbers, vendor part numbers, the descriptions of the items. An example of the value of this tool would be: you have a burned out OP light bulb, marked on it 'FDS', enter these letters into the search window, click 'GO' and you have your bulb listed, click on the item and you will see an image of it, which you can enlarge if needed, you can enter the quality you like to put into your shopping cart click 'ADD TO CART" and if that's all you are ordering click 'CHECKOUT'. Once you are checked out, the order is placed and if everything goes well in the 'world of shipping' you will have your bulb the next day ! You can pay for your bulb by credit card when you check out or you can place order on your account.
All pricing in the store is current and also reflects our promotional specials, which are listed on the right hand side of the store's window page. There are specials that are not listed in our quarterly flyers. Please refer to our manufacture's promotions page.
